It is impossible to overestimate how thoroughly US infra is owned. CISA, an excellent idea, was the _start_ of trying to fix it. Now it’s an empty shell at best.
The Chinese hacked into most of our sensitive systems and spied on powerful people, for YEARS. The companies involved covered it up and the Trump administrations' "fix" was to destroy our cybersecurity protections and corporate oversight.
