I happen to think that a lot of big things ought to change quick, and I also believe that the first steps to having big things change quick involve saying they should and believing they can.
No one in ICE is going to face a genocide tribunal unless a lot of big things change quick.
I think officers and agents at ICE should be thinking less about the push for quotas and more about the fact that "just following orders" is not a defense when facing a genocide tribunal.

One outcome we need to see is every single ICE employee standing in front of a tribunal for their part in ethnic cleansing, which is certainly not going to happen today, but it's a good goal to put up on the board, because it helps us think about everything that needs to change so we can achieve it.
