It’s sort of insane how niche you’ll have to go to find a policy area where Trump will not have a dogshit legacy. Like you’ll have to get pretty deep in the weeds to find anything that will make him look good in 20 years. Even normally very bad presidents have some major accomplishments like PEPFAR.

There is something pure, honest, tragic and beautiful in immigrants and folks of color in the USA who have loved America so well even when America refused to love them back.

I've talked about something like this with my family, undocumented workers get treated like shit because what are they gonna do, go to the courts. Even under a democratic administration, they would get deported. Something that the republican administration never talkes about is punishment /1
