This is literally what they do whenever a Black person is killed by police. No matter how solid the evidence is, they will keep pushing that lie, not just to poison the conversation and make sure the killer walks free, but to reassert the political idea that these people deserve to be killed.
The shooting is shocking enough but the government's response is off the charts when you consider that this incident is forensically documented on video.

The only criticism of the finale I have found in good faith is the concern about Eleven's ending. The show, whether intentionally or not, made the point that abused people can only end the cycle through death or disappearance. I do not think this was intentional but its worth criticism.
Stranger Things finale was pretty good imo. A nice send off.
I think Stranger Things has always been a show haunted by the idea of what people think it could have been. But the last season was a great cap to the show that it actually was, and had been since like season 2.

I have a REAL ID driver's license but I have for the better part of the decade kept a US Passport Card in my wallet, not only due to paranoia but because sometimes you need two forms of ID for things. That said, I wouldn't bet on the sort of chud who works for ICE these days to know what one is.
As the article points out, the entire supposed point of REAL ID was that it would prove you were who you said you were, and that you were a citizen or legal immigrant.
It's invasive, requires A LOT of documentation & admin burden on both people & states, and is apparently... worthless to DHS.
