National media should really be covering the fact thay every major school, museum, and arts institution in the Twin Cities, and hundreds of local businesses are closed tomorrow to protest federal occupation.

Nothing like this at this scale has happened anywhere in America anytime in living memory.

One, ALJs are not real judges. They work for the Executive Branch. They answer to the President.

Two, administrative warrants are not signed by ALJs.

Three, these folks cannot stop lying.
JD Vance: "Nobody is talking about doing immigration enforcement without a warrant. We're talking about different types of warrants that exist in our system. Typically in the immigration system, those are handled by administrative law judges. So we're talking about getting warrants from them."

The bitter person in me wants us to impose a lifetime tax on everyone who voted R, plus prison for the enforcers. If you ignorantly voted for a regime built around inhumane treatment, then get charged with negligence. Pay back as long as these children can remember their suffering.
The 5-year-old arrested by ICE In Minnesota is detained at Dilley. We reported on conditions there in the below article.

Parents said the food was contaminated with mold and worms & that children were so under so much stress that they were hitting their own faces & wetting themselves.
Analysis by The Marshall Project of ICE data obtained by the Deportation Data Project found that the Trump administration’s revival of family detention has swept thousands of children into ICE custody. At least 3,800 children under 18, including 20 infants, have been booked since Trump took office.

Anyone who says they need to act like a dictator is telling you exactly who they are.
"Usually they say, 'He's a horrible dictator-type person.' But sometimes you need a dictator."

In our conservative estimate, 41 percent of Grok’s images — or 1.8 million — were sexualized depictions of women. Separately, CCDH analyzed how many were sexualized images across genders and ages. Their findings: an estimated 3 million images, including more than 23,000 of children.

The measles outbreak in South Carolina now stands at 664 cases, basically doubling in a week, and it's spread to several other states. The outbreak first began in Texas a year ago this week - which means the U.S. is going to lose its elimination status. My latest:

Worth emphasizing that DHS is juicing the numbers on this one; dozens of names on the list involve people whose most serious crime are nonviolent misdemeanors or immigration felonies, like illegal reentry, DUIs, "drug possession," and even for one person, "violation of a court order."

That part. For those of us who are vets, this is absolutely infuriating. I worked alongside NATO allies when I served. We know they were there. We got to know them. They are just as much our brothers and sisters in arms as US troops. This is disgraceful and disrespectful to every single one of us. 🤬
This claim ignores history. NATO’s mutual defense clause has been invoked only once — after 9/11, to defend the United States. Our allies fought, bled, and stayed for nearly 20 years. The record is clear. When America was attacked, NATO showed up.
Trump: "The big fear I have with NATO is we spend tremendous amounts of money with NATO and I know we'll come to their rescue, but I just really do question whether or not they'll come to ours. Just saying."

At her estimate of $15.64 per person per day, a family of three would need $1407.60 to feed the family, yet the maximum monthly SNAP benefit for that family is only $785 and the average benefit is $588.

She's unwittingly making the case to raise SNAP benefits.
