I thought it was a bit out there at first, but yep: I can definitely see a scenario where things get that bad. The book was great! Now I am rereading the Hell Divers books since I didn't read the last few, and due to my medical condition, i need to read it all again. 🥰

Amazon gave me a free 3 month trial of Kindle unlimited (when will they learn 🤣) and as a huge fan of the author, I signed up. I love the Hell Divers books (unrelated to the game), and in terms of a prequel, this one was good!

I switched to Linux (CachyOS) a few weeks back. As a gamer, I've no regrets. I do have a Windows laptop as a backup, however I've used it exactly once, for a game that requires anti-cheat. Goodbye Microsoft! 😘

Serious note):

#walk4pics was a success.

Enjoyed it. The heat, however, definitely beat me up. I've been unwell since I got home (this is a "me" thing, the weather was actually not bad...just a bit warm)

Hoping for even more folks to turn out next year!
