A conundrum for TV watchers in the El Paso/Las Cruces area who don’t want to be restricted to watching Trump-approved content: Sinclair owns the CBS and Fox affiliates, and Nexstar owns the NBC affiliate. The only non-Sinclair/Nexstar option is … ABC.

Since the suspect hasn’t yet been caught, the Kirk killing is the perfect fuel for right-wing hate: blame can be assigned without any chance of facts getting in the way.

Gee, I don’t know why the Trump admin pushed back so hard on this! I thought tariffs were going to be no big deal—a cost that we American consumers wouldn’t be paying. Why wouldn’t they want that information included so we knew how small it was? It’s almost like they weren’t being straight with us!
