I wanted so badly to have a friend for lunch today.Yesterday I made the (apparently) unwise attempt to go to the grocer & get ingredients for a simple quiche. My chronic pain was already flaring. I totally trashed myself. I've spent the whole day in bed, and needed a huge dose to deal. #chronicpain
