Moviemaking is incredibly inefficient. You need many people, moved around the world, with hundreds of different skillsets working in lockstep for it to be done well. But when it works? Literal magic.
Most of the steps studios take to improve efficiency have made movies worse and box office is down.

We have two news channels instead of hundreds of thousands of papers and outlets. More efficient? Absolutely. And it's terrible.
Doctor's offices that are all video? Very efficient. Super shitty.

Trying to deal with a bank on the weekend to clear a payment as legit on the weekends: Hell.

Thankfully there's an emergency well service in town, but they can't make it in until tomorrow morning. They waves the service fee due to the inconvenience at least. So at least there's something.
Cool. The water pump at my house chose a great time to stop working. Was really hoping it was the damn pressure switch but thay doesn't seem to be the case. Just started a new job and I can't even fucking relax over the weekend....

Guys, do not use the Discord Checkpoint thing (Discord's attempt at Spotify Wrapped).
It requires enabling them access to scrape your data, and has an alarming amount of private data being used for it.
