Is actually what's happening for years in J.C. Staff. Underpaid and overworked animators with terrible schedules. Animators use it as a "start point" and trying to jump to another place. But nobody stays for long.

There's a good reason why japanese folks and non-western guys don't care for bsky and remain on that site.
