Sharing this again in light of the story people were sharing around on here of a trans activist who was apparently sent a threatening letter from the FBI that no journalist was able to verify and when the letter was finally shown it was a clearly AI generated image that nobody would believe is real

This is why it’s important to question unverified stories that come across your feed, especially ones that feed into preconceived biases or tropes. You do not want to fall into traps that prey off of your instinctual anger in order to advance some sort of us vs them discourse

When I worked at a movie theater a coworker had broken his ankle so they had a chair in the box office for him and we would use it when he wasn’t on shift with us and then management found out and took the chair away and made him have to bring it downstairs himself every time he clocked in
It is deeply immoral that cashiers in the US are not allowed to sit.
