So… a FEDERAL judge can’t stop the FEDERAL government from broadly committing harm to the
Constituency, only SCOTUS. Sounds like SCOTUS has a need to be the only court to determine what the law is.

The DHS Secretary said she was in Los Angeles to liberate the city from their elected leaders and then her team assaulted and arrested LA born US Senator Alex Padilla in a Federal building. Another extraordinary line has been crossed.
This video from Senator Padilla's staff, shared to Twitter by Fox LA's Elex Michaelson, shows Padilla forced to the ground by men wearing FBI uniforms who then handcuff him behind his back. This is after he is forcibly removed from the Noem press conference for asking a question.
