November to Remember.

Last night’s geomagnetic storm was one of the best I’ve ever seen. And I’ve seen a lot! The deep reds were some of the strongest I’ve witnessed and arced from east to west and all above.

This is how politics is played in many cities around the world. It's not surprising a wealthy Vamcouverite wishes to leverage that influence into positive action for their projects.

But we should be transparent about why police are so hyper focused on one specific neighborhood.

Republicans are going to try to distance themselves from this, and the media is going to do their best to let them. It's gonna feel like Bush II remixes, everyone pretending they've never heard of this Trump guy and if they did they were always against him, everyone was. History repeats.

As all this disgusting Epstein shit starts surfacing more and more, I hope we don't lose sight of the fact that apparently every major media outlet knew everything and instead spent their time money and energy attacking the trans community.

Like many I have bad memories of growing up catholic and there are grave sins in the history of the wider church I abandoned long ago.

But in fights like this and climate change I can recognize and accept them as allies.
Catholic bishops nationwide recently announced “You Are Not Alone,” a program that lays out ways for Catholics across the country to provide direct aid and solidarity to immigrants in the U.S.

At their first business meeting since the Trump administration crackdown began, church leaders resolved to combat the fear they detect among their adherents.

It’s incredible how one administration can so easily tear down what took years to build. Sim’s ambition to sell off or cancel any kind of civic asset will take multiple administrations to rebuild. Such a waste.
Vancouver has spent decades building up a now well-earned reputation for leadership on environmental sustainability.

Apparently, the mayor and ABC majority don't see the value in it.

Hard to imagine a better way to damage the city's brand.
NEW: Councillors and sources inside the City of Vancouver say the city's mayor, Ken Sim, will put forth a budget Wednesday that will eliminate the city's celebrated climate and sustainability department.
