It’s so cool that every website is just Like This now. We used to send guys to the chair for putting pop-up ads on their sites. Now if I want to read something I have to read single lines between autoplaying video ads that use so much RAM they force the browser to reload every 5 seconds.

I have literally more ideas than I will be able to complete in my lifetime. My problem is not lack of ideas, my problem is lack of infrastructure to make writing a viable career. AI is definitely not helping that problem by sucking up resources and flooding the zone with garbage.
It’s always just so funny to me that AI using “writers“ often defend it with but how else are you meant to come up with ideas?? Like that’s what tells you that you weren’t really meant to be a writer, you have none.

Sure I’m optimistic to a fault about the Leafs but I wasn’t when Jason Blake and Matt Stajan were their first liners. I was as doom and gloom as anyone then. There was no fixing that garbage. Bad roster / bad coach / bad youth dev.
They’ve got star power now / decent youth in Cowan and Knies.
