Trump on China: "They made a trillion dollars with Biden selling us stuff. Much of it we don't need. Somebody said, 'oh, the shelves are gonna be open.' Well, maybe the children will have two dolls instead of 30 dolls, and maybe the two dolls will cost a couple of bucks more."

Personally I think the bar for the US Senate should be higher than “able to move around and take nourishment”
How Durbin plans to decide on another term:

"Whether I'm still physically able, mentally able to deal with the issues. This press conference is an indication that I still have my wits about me. And when it comes to the physical side of it, up and moving around, taking nourishment."
New FEC filing shows that #ILSen Dick Durbin, who still hasn't confirmed whether he'll seek reelection next year, raised less than $43,000 in the first quarter of the year docquery.fec.gov/cgi-bin/form...

As of Friday, there have been 46 cases in which federal judges have blocked Trump policies.

The rulings in those cases have come from 39 different judges appointed by 5 different presidents (of both parties) to 11 different district courts across 7 different circuits.

Maybe it's not the judges?

At this juncture it's worth remembering that Aileen Cannon threw out the documents case against Trump on the theory (made up by Clarence Thomas in a dissent that no one joined) that Jack Smith, who *was* accountable to the Senate-confirmed AG, had no authority bc Congress hadn't created the job.

Best: meeting Muhammad Ali at Mr. Gatti's in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and getting a fake right to the chin while thanking him for his autograph.
Worst: Being laughed at backstage at a Widespread Panic show in Houston in 1995, while asking Houser and Hermann when Beanland was getting back together.
