Hmm. I need to slowly go back to writing 2k words a day. Hitting 1.5k is easier, but I also keep forgetting whether or not I've already hit the number or if I need to keep going.

#WIPSnips The word for November 24th is 'debut'. After shaking out a bag of synonyms I've got 'beginning' instead. 'The Book of Ashes', Chapter 2, 'Pilgrims'. Paul Brotherwell and Michelle De La Croix are making an attempt at learning how to work together.

is it murder if the person you killed is a time-displaced future self of someone who may or may not necessarily ever be born?

Review is up for Full Bloom by @magicariot.com and just a heads up there's a bit of a spoiler in it but seriously guys this review doesn't actually touch on the really very serious topics that are brought up in this while Buchanan somehow keeps this so true to the genre!

"Death of the artist" means when Amy Tan says "I did not intentionally put numerological symbolism in Joy Luck Club" you can go "ok but unconscious-you is very clever and it's in there anyhow."

It does not mean "it doesn't matter if JKR is a terrible person."

My current writing project is now 2/10 stories completed, clocking in at an estimated 19,416 words.

Not bad.

Mary Anning's story in "Jurassic Girl" is a beautiful reminder of resilience and passion in the face of doubt. Her courage inspires me to embrace my own curiosities! 🌊🦕 #booksky #books
Imagine finding a 17-foot fossil here on the Jurassic Coast. That's what 12-year-old Mary Anning did. The men in the scientific community didn't believe her. Today, she's known as the Mother of Paleontology. Read Jurassic Girl. It's a middle grade book. #booksky #booktok
