Hör diverse uttalanden på radion som ger Trump äran av att det ser ut att kunna bli ett slut på mördandet i Gaza.

Ingen nämner att det är USA, och Trump, som möjliggjort folkmordet på palestinierna, landet står t ex för 70 % av Israels vapenimport, och hade kunnat stoppa Israel långt tidigare.

Problemet är givetvis också att även vi som förstår att ai är och genererar slop kommer tvingas använda det. Eftersom vi och våra kollegor konkurrerar med varandra om att producera mest (inte bäst) tvingar ett allmänt uppskruvat arbetstempo in alla i nya praktiker.

Trump vs. US was the final straw imo. You cannot read that ruling and continue believing they have legitimacy. It is not only against the plain text of the constitution, it is anathema to the national ethos. It is offensively, insultingly un-American and they ceded legitimacy by committing that sin.

Yes. The Supreme Court is, in fact, either no longer legitimate or so close as to make no difference, which is why you are seeing lower federal courts toeing the line right up to open defiance of SCOTUS rulings.

When you say "the Supreme Court is no longer legitimate" it doesn't mean "I think they've seriously compromised their moral authority and credibility". It means "I don't believe their rulings are legally binding".
