The max I ever would do was 16 hours because that was what the law for hospitals was. Usually doing blizzards and hurricanes.
I used to do 13 hour shifts. Bring it on!
Work is gonna trial a 4/10 work week in January and I am pumped!

Having worked nights half of college (and some time after), this means the world to me.
For New Yorkers who work the night shift, it can be nearly impossible to participate in political life of our city.

I’m heartbroken to learn that two New Yorkers have drowned as a result of today’s torrential rain and flooding. Their families and loved ones are in my thoughts tonight.
