ICE must be abolished. It has become a lawless, rogue agency. Federal law enforcement agencies must follow the law, if they're going to have any credibility enforcing it.

It's become common for DOJ lawyers to be admonished by judges over specious claims, "shoddy work" & their inability to answer simple questions from the bench.

The difficulty we're hearing from Washington is that the President's trade negotiators keep changing their ask. This problem reflects a deeper tension: This was always a tariff policy searching for a rationale. If you don't know what you want, it's hard to strike a deal that'll get you there.
