All of the progress that’s been made in CO’s disability sphere is being eradicated. Couple with DVR funding cuts, I don’t know what my son will do. His independence? Poof! Gone.

Every race. It’s basically been every race.

Governors. Mayors. Long-held GOP dog-catchers. School boards. Water boards. Flipped a dungeon master in a rural Iowa D&D club. State senators. State reps. A janitor in Duluth. State justices. Three GOP Uber drivers.

Just everything.

What are you gonna do once your rights are gone?

What are you gonna do once they come for you and yours?

What are you gonna do when they open fire on a crowd?

What are you gonna do when they make you their slave?

These are not hyperbole questions right now. Its time to have those answers soon.

This was written in 1941. Nothing ever changed.
Every few months now I re-read this "Who Goes Nazi?" piece from 1941 and am blown away by how it captures the people we are dealing with 80 years later.

OBAMA: It's fair to say that 80% of the world's problems involve old men hanging on who are afraid of death and insignificance, and they won't let go. They build pyramids, and they put their names on everything. They get very anxious about it.

I loved this book! The movie looks like it will be entertaining but I’m afraid it will give the Yahtzee’s ideas.

My eldest is Autistic. Never once did I take Tylenol while pregnant with him. 🙄🙄🙄
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. plans to announce that use of Tylenol in pregnant women is potentially linked to autism in a report that will also suggest a medicine derived from folate can be used to treat symptoms of the disorder in some people, per WSJ, citing people familiar with the matter.

The “problem” with vaccines? They so effective at preventing deaths that they create generations of people that question whether disease was a problem in the first place because they have never experienced the horrors of a world without vaccines.

Trump threatening members of Congress not to sign the Epstein files discharge petition saying it would be a “hostile act” against him is definitely something an innocent person would do. And scheduling a military flyover in the middle of the survivor press conference is also totally normal behavior.

This is another post breaking down our last post.

The Justice Department’s decision to fire a judge-appointed U.S. Attorney and reinstate Trump’s preferred pick, without Senate confirmation, isn’t just unusual. It’s a direct attack on the separation of powers that defines American democracy.

This is absolutely gutting. I was born and raised in Texas and have many memories of countless vacations on that river. What a powerful and heartbreaking recounting.
“I don’t know how long it took—ten seconds, maybe fifteen—for the house to come apart."

During the early-morning hours of July 4, the Guadalupe River pulled senior editor Aaron Parsley and six members of his family into its waters. Read his firsthand account:
“The River House Broke. We Rushed in the River.”
The July 4 Texas flooding ripped our Kerr County home from its pillars, pulling us into the water and into the night. Then morning came.
