With Hockey RPF the fanfic was for the romance and the sex, the things canon didn't provide. But in Heated Rivalry canon does provide. So logic dictates that the fanfic is there to make them actually play hockey.

I want 27, 9 of whom are randomly selected from the circuit courts for a term of 3 years, staggered. Each case gets heard by a panel of 9 judges, randomly selected, then it can go to en banc. Nobody should get to game the court.

Means testing affected one of my friends going to uni because their parents were very angrily divorced and coukd not agree on support, signing paperwork, they made all of it a nigtmare to get back at each other

It reduces the overheads of administration too. No fucking around with differing levels, and often there are software changes every year depending on govt rules etc.

Periodically I see people justifying means-testing to ensure The Rich don't get stuff for free when they can afford it.
I see the logic, but we can just tax them more.
Plus, the BIGGEST thing not means-testing solves is
