सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के इंडियन ओवरसीज बैंक (आईओबी) में सरकार की ओर से बिक्री के लिए ऑफर-फॉर-सेल (ओएफएस) के बाद 2.17 प्रतिशत हिस्सेदारी 92.44 प्रतिशत जारी है। सरकार 16 दिसंबर 2025 को 38.51 करोड़ (38,51,31,796) स्टॉक के बेस ऑफर के साथ OFS लाई थी। इसमें अतिरिक्त 19.25 करोड़ (19,25,65,898) शेयर का विकल्प भी था और इसका उपयोग किया गया था। ओएफएस 18 दिसंबर को बंद हो गया।

Government holding in Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has declined to 92.44 per cent following the completion of the offer-for-sale (OFS), with the Centre diluting a 2.17 per cent stake in the state-owned lender, the bank said in a regulatory filing on Saturday, PTI reported.Prior to the stake sale, the government held 94.61 per cent equity in the Chennai-based bank.The government had, on December 16, proposed to sell up to 38.51 crore shares, representing a 2 per cent base offer, with an option to additionally sell 19.25 crore shares, or 1 per cent of the bank’s total issued and paid-up equity capital, under the green-shoe option.According to the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM), demand was received for more than 41 crore shares against the base offer of about 34.66 crore shares, prompting the government to exercise the green-shoe option.

I think it's just an extension of the cosplay rules many subreddits have put in place, which is just "cosplayers are all sex workers attempting to stealth advertise their OFs, so we have to ban cosplays even if the post itself is completely SFW". But yeah they're up shit creek eventually lmao

someone in the OFs aptly brought up the troy baker/yuri lowell situation, where he was replaced as yuri's VA and fans assumed it was because he just got too popular for little jrpg gigs only to learn he was never asked to come back 🙃 can't help but fear this is relevant to the bailey/graha issue
