#Raynaud’s
I wore my fleece lined boots thinking that will hopefully prevent me getting any more chilblains/Raynaud's sores, but now they're rubbing my heels. I don't know how I used to wear ballet pumps in all seasons...

Like I know it's fucked up circulation, probably Raynaud's, but it's normally so hard to actually catch it when it happens

*me lookin at the dog, unable to walk in the snow because his damn paws freeze and he pulls up lame*

(I've developed severe Raynaud's in my own hands and feet after 2020)

Gd, flashbacks. I had an office whose vents were broken such that it was consistently significantly colder than the rest of the building, a state that triggered Raynaud's Syndrome in both the previous occupant and me. To the best of my knowledge, over a decade out, it's still like that.

I feel the Raynaud’s all over my damn skin. Cold fucking hurts everywhere! I fucking hate it! 😡
Do you ever get the sudden nose burning with it? On the inside? Jesus fuck! You got grab and warm it up fast! Hashimoto’s ain’t helping none either! 😔

i'm sure i've done stupider but the main one i can think of is pumpkin carvepal tunnel (mostly because raynaud's in that hand has been worse since then, and i am currently Feeling It.....)

Idopropynyl Butalcarbamate can get effed. I cannot find a massage cream that doesn’t have it, my PT won’t work without it, so I’m miserable with an itchy rash across my chest and awful Raynaud’s. I guess I’m just gonna have to deal with it for the remaining few sessions. Grrr.
January 6, 2026 at 2:58 AM
That would not surprise me in the least if you have Raynaud's as well.
January 5, 2026 at 7:25 PM
Really should start taking my Raynaud’s more seriously because this is excruciating. Alas, we are where we are!
January 5, 2026 at 6:49 PM
I'm sorry you've dealt with them too. My dad said he got them in his teens -> his thirties, but I grew up in a Victorian terraced house w/no central heating & it's only happened now, in a toasty warm 1950s ex-council semi! We think it's probably cumulative & I probably have Raynaud's too 🙄

This is hilarious.
But also, as a Raynaud’s sufferer, allow me to point you towards oversized wool nursing pads. 👍🏻😐👍🏻

www.nytimes.com/wirecutter/r... I'm a firm believer in battery-gloves (and socks) in cold climates. This article includes a discussion of Raynaud's syndrome.
Will Heated Gloves Help Me Stay Warm This Winter?
You don't necessarily need electric gloves to keep your hands warm this winter, but our recommendations will help keep you warm whatever you decide.

A wave of 90° temps across Canada in summer '25 led to joint pain, dizziness and brain fog among some with fibromyalgia. As polar vortexes descend to lower altitudes, those with Raynaud's Syndrome face higher risk of frostbite. Climate chaos has health impacts.

I feel like there is no perfect solution to my problem... At least this cuts down on the discomfort significantly. (I also have Raynaud's and it's gotten a lot worse this year. I had it happen while I was inside Aeon supermarket.)

According to a league source, Maxime Raynaud’s MRI showed no structural damage and he is going to be listed as available for tomorrow’s game. Kings dodged a bullet. Some good news in Sacramento.

Sending a warm hug. Im from Poland ppl assume I can deal with the cold but I can't bc of Raynaud's but I enjoy cold and sunny days over the depressing greyness that really gets me down

Just come back from a very cold 30 mile bike ride. I feel like *maybe* I have Raynaud’s syndrome
January 2, 2026 at 2:11 PM
I know my Raynaud’s is mild compared to most, but it is painful in my hands and feet. I’m usually wearing fingerless gloves that cover the main artery in my wrists.

That's awesome. I also have Raynaud's. Amlodipine mostly controls the spasms, but keeping my hands and feet warm is a constant battle.

I have Raynaud’s, a circulatory disorder that can cause nerve damage w/o proper (sometimes expensive) precautions. Couldn’t believe my luck thrifting a brand new Ororo heated fleece vest, with tags and original packaging, for $15. #thrifting
