#SCORN
A terrible thing! Real life is intruding on my #TheArchers obsession! I've just realised that me going to my non-Radio 4 listening friend on 28th for a week is going to seriously impede my ability to pour scorn on the storylines! 😭 Maybe I can listen later at night on iPlayer. I must plan!

In Red America the leaders must crusade against the dead and the greiving lest dissidents forget they cannot escape the scorn of Authority even in tragedy. Reiner was an inveterate dissident and brazen in defiance of authoritarian power.

I think he has ALWAYS thought this way, but had enough self-awareness/control to filter himself so as not to get scorn from the other humans. His lack of self-control is an alarming symptom.

I wouldn't give him anything, except maybe spit on him. He deserves nothing but scorn.

These Republicans want to be well-regarded and deserving of inclusion in polite society in the post-Trump era that is coming. The Jake Tappers of the world may oblige them, but I will not. I have nothing but scorn to offer Trump’s enablers.
Brave of retiring Don Bacon to snipe at the man he endorsed three times for President.

Great work, Jake, impressive to let him pretend to be sane without asking him any questions on his last decade of Presidential endorsements.

I try so hard to be a better person but pity is not something I can muster for the 🍊💩 & his followers. Deliberately inflicting pain on others just for the ducks of it is 100% undeserving of any feeling other than scorn and disgust.

Knowing there are people I’m related to who voted for this rapist felon insurrectionist bigot is horrifying. And some people in my generation a Gen X voted for this POS twice! This is their shame and scorn to carry to the end of their days. Sick MFers, all.

I am choosing to ignore him bc he is not even worth my scorn. He’s a narcissistic child probably with dementia.

I let them know my scorn but stopped short of saying "I wish you'd fine your spines and stop enabling fascists"
I actually typed that and then deleted it. *sigh*

Why do you think there is insufficient talent development brian, is it because of the scorn for expertise that means everyone has to change jobs every couple of years for a pay rise?

And have a sook that bureaucrats don't want a bar of you trying to make then use LLMs that don't work.
Sir Brian Roche’s report describes a sector that is fragmented and at risk of eroding capability due to staffing issues.

While every thinking person knows trump is a narcissist, I sense a reluctance to admit that he has narcissistic personality disorder (NPD). Perhaps this is bc the word “disorder” seems to imply that it’s not the afflicted’s fault. They can’t help it, so they deserve sympathy rather than scorn. /1 👇

Most covid-conscious people would like to be wrong. It'd be cool to not have to worry about it, to be able to eat out fearlessly again. But there's no evidence supporting that. I've never heard of a single study that suggests covid infections are low risk. Deniers like you present nothing but scorn.

Trump’s response to the Reiner tragedy below.

When Trump’s miserable life ends, no-one should have to apologize for anything they might post in response.

A tragedy of a man who will have earned every morsel of scorn and hatred that will be poured onto his memory.

How do we explain this to future generations? Those people will look upon us with scorn and deservedly so

Drug addiction is a physical and mental health issue not a personal failing so shame, scorn and forced abstinence do not cure it. It changes the brain chemistry.

Given that Irish culture is essentially a collection of myths in which everyone dies with any survivors envying the dead, the blackest of black humour, a murderous obsession with land and a furious scorn for anyone who tries to better themselves I'm not sure we'd miss it really ;)

If The Spectator liked Zack Polanski, we'd be very worried.
Their scorn is a badge of honour to anyone decent.

Another week of movies. A Holiday I Do deserves special scorn for its attempt to recoup lesbian relationships and how badly it fared in my local audience of lesbians. You cannot simply find-and-replace "woman" for "man" and end up with a commensurate story.

Don't forget about the scorn against the hipster movement, and our "avocado toast" and our "vintage clothes".
This is the same type of criticism but against the younger generations.

Some users here have treated news there's a person of interest = guilty. Others have cited as gospel People magazine's unsupported sensational headlines that claim Reiners' son is the murderer. Shameful. We witness and scorn ICE deny people due process but then do the same in the comments. Dismal.

He wants respect and us to obey, and worship him. Fuck that. He’s a worthless piece of shit that deserves all of our scorn. It’s driving him insane so many are disgusted by him. It’s worse for him because we are the ones he’s dying for adoration from, not his hicks and rubes. Keep up the hatred!
