entertainingly serious paper from #DanPotter @tag45.bsky.social #Egyptological #dealers? Reconsidering the business of #Egyptian #archaeology and the supply of #museum objects, creating a great typology of euphemistic labels used for dealers and #collectors. New word of the day - #collectioneur !

So very well-deserved - Heather’s talk was fascinating and also featured the Edderton standing stone and associated features (one of my favourite Scottish sites) 🙌 and she referred to skyscape archaeology in her talk - it was fab! An excellent decision by @tag45.bsky.social
The moment has come .... [drum roll please!] ... The winner of the Don Henson Prize for best debut paper is ... Heather Ford
University of Glasgow, for her paper "Monuments and the Past-Present-Future Nexus". Heather wins free registration at next year's TAG & £200 towards accommm/travel!
