I have become more sympathetic to the idea that saying you can’t hold Trump voters morally culpable for Trump regime actions is patronizing. It partakes of an old and to my mind destructive left wing habit: to think of conservative white voters as not quite adults.

The law is systematically oppressing trans people so I'm afraid if you actually want to call yourself trans allies or a 'trans inclusive organisation' then you cannot be upholding that law. And if you aren't comfortable advising people to not legally segregate, then you were never an ally.

Trans Men are Men
Non-Binary people are Non-Binary.

The court's ruling on biological sex is not only wrong, it is dangerous, overty transphobic, and further highlights the organised transphobia of the UK's cis-supremacist society.
