Hilton has been my hotel choice for 35 years, but it won’t be as long as they harbor thugs & punish franchises who are doing the right thing. Additionally, I will no longer use my #HiltonHonors Amex. Target and their Red Card can shove it too. @americanexpress.bsky.social

Ken, I had success emailing [email protected]

It should surprise no one that Graduate Hotels are a division of Hilton. If you haven't yet cancelled your HiltonHonors account, what's stopping you?
So this is unbelievably vile. From someone I consider a very trusted source.

If you have ever stayed at a Hilton brand hotel there is a good chance you have a Hilton Honors account; now is a good time to call up and cancel!

Search "Hilton Honors" in your email.

Boycott all Hilton properties. Fuck ICE

I called to cancel my #HiltonHonors account in protest of #Hilton's public criticism of their franchisee's choice to ice out ICE. They offered me points if I kept my account. Hard to imagine going to the trouble of calling only to be bought so easily!

I cancelled by emailing [email protected]

All I had to do was confirm my full name, email address, and account number.

Their standard response does ask for reason for cancellation so you do get to make your opinion heard.
Again, check to see if you have a dormant Hilton Honors account and, if so, call them up to cancel it.
I travel a lot. I traveled to speak to other Democrats across the country, and I travel for my own sanity.

I can tell you this: I’m never staying at a Hilton again.

I have lots of points in my #HiltonHonors account. I explained that I would no longer be staying at Hilton’s, so could I use the points in another way before canceling. Yes, I could gift them to someone else with HH, or I could use them to shop on Amazon! No, Amazon is also complicit.

LONG time @HiltonHonors member, have always stayed at Hampton Inns, but do not feel safe doing that in the US anymore with a chance that heartless, mindless, thugs like ICE might be there (as well as not wanting to support corporations that support them!!)
How long will @hiltonhotels.bsky.social house murderous ICE agents? How long will they be complicit in the murder of US citizens and others? How long until they attempt to white wash their reputation for housing the most despicable men the US ever grew? Shameful

I travel quite a lot for work and frequently stay at Hilton properties.

Wrote to [email protected] to close my account, due to their support of ICE and that I will avoid booking with them in the future.

They're not making it easy for me. I was passed to two different phone representatives before I was told that my request would have to be via email to [email protected]
January 12, 2026 at 4:49 AM
Oh neat. I sent one to hiltonhonors@, but I guess I'll send a copy over to PriorityLetter@ now too.
January 12, 2026 at 4:38 AM
They are clearly overwhelmed on the phones. After almost 30 min I got an email option:

[email protected]

Include your hilton profile name, email, and phone number.

Here is a model letter, but please express your reasons however you feel are best :)

Call Hilton to cancel your account with them at 1-800-446-6677 & send email to [email protected].

Explain it's because they support the fascists in ICE.

Rather than waiting on hold for an hour, I sent a patriotic email to [email protected] asking to cancel my account and void my points. Steadily working to cut ties with companies that disdain the Constitution...
It's worth your time to call Hilton to cancel your account with them. 1-800-446-6677. Here's why:

They asked me if it was because of the ICE thing. I said it was. Then they suggested I wait a couple days to see if they were going to change course.

The pressure is getting to them. Let's keep it up.

HAHAHA.

THEY JUST TOLD ME TO EMAIL

[email protected]
As of now they’re not trying to talk me out of it but told me to email [email protected]. That may just be a deflection hoping that if they throw up some hurdles some people won’t cancel but I think they underestimate how much time I will devote to making trouble.
On the phone with them right now.

You can host the armed goons terrorizing our families, or you can host us.

You can also cancel by emailing [email protected]. Be sure to tell them why you are canceling. I did.

If you have a Hilton Honors account, you can close it emailing [email protected]
I closed my account last week making it perfectly clear that it was because of their policy to house ICE.
January 12, 2026 at 1:10 AM
I emailed [email protected] for cancellation information. Years of front line customer service makes it hard for me to call and voice displeasure to the people who answer the phone, but email should work just as well.

I cancelled my Hilton Honors account and they are using threats as good business practices I guess. They really should get better PR #HiltonHonors
January 10, 2026 at 9:06 PM
IDK, do I need to cancel my @HiltonHonors?
January 10, 2026 at 2:47 AM
I emailed them at hiltonhonors at hilton dot com telling them to delete my account and my points since they do not care about the safety of their customers.

Have to wonder if Hilton provided a free nights stay to the ICE agent that murdered Renee Good?

Hey #Hilton, want to rescind that apology to ICE in Minneapolis? Asking for someone who deleted her #HiltonHonors account.
