Season 3 of The X-Files feels like the point when it had enough power to get a lot of actors of higher fame on the show. Peter Boyle and Kurtwood Smith are big ones, Ken Foree and Kenneth Walsh are actors I always enjoy seeing, and there's two late in the season who are HUGE (played for laughs).

they shoulda made a movie where Michael Ironside and Kurtwood Smith gotta fight each other. maybe call it Kurtwood Ironside, it takes place in a high tech city by the desert.

Dax Sheppard, Kurtwood Smith, Vincent D’Onfrino, Michelle Mylett, Tim Allen as the villain-hero. It’s a fun but silly movie.

Miguel Ferrer - 📽️ RoboCop (Paul Verhoeven, 1987)

This is essentially the greatest cheesy sci-fi ensemble of character actors ever assembled: Kurtwood Smith, Ray Wise, Ronny Cox, Paul McCrane, Dan O’Herlihy… Best in show for me is Ferrer as the ladder-climbing, coked-out Bob Morton, a decoy subplot.

They just don't cast 'em like this anymore

The X-Files keeps on surprising me with its guest actors in a decent chunk of episodes; it's had early appearances from Jack Black, Ryan Reynolds, and now Kurtwood Smith has arrived to play some annoying hard ass.

This show is pretty damn sick, man.

KURTWOOD SMITH APPRECIATION SKYROCKETING

I think I manifested this
Kurtwood Smith joins us to play Hub's Dad. I worked with Kurtwood on F IS FOR FAMILY, and I thought it would be fun to have him do an homage to his similar "Cold Dismissive Rich Guy Father" role he played in "Dead Poets Society," Though, to me, he'll always be Robocop's Clarence Boddicker.

HOLY FUCK

KURTWOOD SMITH JUST GUEST STARRED ON THE SIMPSONS AS A FATHER WHO STOPS HIS SON FROM SECRETLY STARRING IN A SCHOOL PLAY.

WHAT ON EARTH IS HAPPENING
Kurtwood Smith's performance in "Dead Poets' Society" always gave me chills. Just an amazing performance as Neal's father.

He was also Vega and Gouki (Akuma) in Street Fighter the principal in the original Urusei Yatsura anime and was the dub voice for Cavendish in Milo Murphy’s Law and one of the official dub actors for Kurtwood Smith.

Kurtwood Smith in Dead Poets Society, not even supporting, bit part - but just absolutely killed it.

I was so proud to co-run this funny, heartwarming and heartbreaking episode written by John Frink. And it features awesome guest performances from Kieran Culkin, Kurtwood Smith and Barry Sonnenfeld. This Sunday on Fox. #TheSimpsons

Episodes like Bad Blood and Humbug usually are ones I talk about but I don’t think Kurtwood Smith’s performance in Grotesque gets enough credit

The only problem is that it’s kind of confusing to cast both Kurtwood Smith and Mitch Pileggi in the same show.
