been a minute since I've posted new dishes. I was very excited to learn a new tomato and egg recipe and this didn't disappoint.

matsutake are tasty but not sure they're worth the $40/pound it cost at hmart. I've never seen them in stock before though so I had to try.

If you live in the PNW and see matsutake at your grocery store don’t balk at something that is so highly priced per pound. I spent $3.22 on 2 mushrooms and made a delicious omelette. A wonderful holiday treat!
