But seriously, a friend of mine brought some loaded kimchi baked potatoes to a recent potluck, and everyone agreed that:
1. They were delicious, and
2. The thing that made them delicious was the kimchi fried in bacon fat, which would’ve been great even without the potato under them

i highly recommend matrix + element as a rock solid discord replacement. it takes a lil bit of technical work, but it's not that hard to set up and it can run on a potato (i run mine on a 2014 mac mini lol)

2. Michaelwave 4 minutes, let sit for 1 more minute when it's done
3. Cut it open and add stuff (mine is piladelpia chiveing onion cheem creams + badia orange pepper)
4. Mash it up & eat it yum yum

Another: many microwaves do a great job with baked potatoes (mine does). You can add a little water and dried rosemary. Nuke. Add a lot of butter, cheese and/or sour cream. Potato + cheese = complete protein

I didn't know it was a thing, until I told my friend that I'd been bummed about my "potato nose" all through my teen years and she said "are you kidding? You have the nose that my classmates in my NJ private school got plastic surgeries to have!" (I got mine from my v.v. Jewish father.)
