LA’s #WDoR2025 memorial filled a plaza with 711 black chairs, each paired with a single yellow rose. It was a reminder of the lives lost on LA roads this year and of how many could be saved with proven safety strategies

Worcester advocacy groups & city officials addressed the crowd at the vigil. The event also featured a poem from Worcester Youth Poet Laureate Serenity Jackson.

MassBike is proud to have supported the Worcester #WDoR2025 event with a mini-grant to help offset expenses that make the event happen.

On a windy Sunday, Worcester observed World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims. 50 advocates & city officials showed up and marched on Park Avenue and held a vigil at Peace Park, located on Pleasant Street.

It's interesting to see how much crash coverage you get scrolling through WCVB's feed. They even use the phrase "joyride" to describe a crash caused by a teen girl stealing a car
