The signing bonus requires 3 years of work, so you could not. It's part of why I've said Pritzker should just use his interpersonal wealth to bribe ICE officers to 'consult' for him for a day with a 20 year non compete with Federal positions, no one thinks Trump will pay them for sure in 3 years.
