If you’re that unsure about resolution of an issue, you shouldn’t decide it on the shadow docket anyway, unless there’s an exigent need. And if there’s an accident need, you should say what it is and why the resolution is appropriate. ACB is making the 6 look worse, not better, w/ these appearances.
