Been doin spooky Caturday all day, as planned, even though I don’t currently have a cat. I love cats tho so I wanted to share cool cat art…and then, THEN! A kitten showed up crying in my laundry shed. I feel it’s meant to be! Alas, most of my fam is canine and they are inhospitable. I fed her tho.

Against an orange sky, in a grove of trees, that look like giant marijuana plants, a witch sits on a grassy knoll with a tuxedo cat. They hold paws and gaze upon one another. Witch wears a black turtleneck, black boots, extra pointy hat & voluminous brick red skirt. Cat wears aforementioned tux.

A peachy-colored gelatinous fungus that is spreading over an old decaying log. It looks kind of fleshy and the undersides of its protuberances have an ornate frilly appearance.

The Crone Zone is now Halloweenified. I am still on the fence about an actual jack-o-lantern this year, but the non-perishable decorations are in place.
