The last 24 hours I lurked on Twitter more than anytime since I quit it, and one thing dawned on me - I think there are a lot of libs who actually just enjoy "the fight" .. there is something cathartic about dunking or replying to a conservative making a dumb point, and you obviously lose that here

You basically have to start shooting civilians for this to have any impact on average people being scared off and in the absence of that, this will only motivate people to vote against you.

People are missing the point of why this is exaggerated. Ozempic or other GLP1s are covered by almost all plans for diabetes so nobody pays the full cash price. But when you get it through Trump Rx you'd have to pay $200 because it doesn't allow you to use insurance.
Trump: "Novo Nordisk will be slashing the price of Ozempic from more than $1,000 to $199. And the price of Wegovy from more than $1,300 to $199, a 578% difference."
