My genuinely favourite take going at the moment is that Hangman should abandon all the lessons he learned in his previous arc and just start burning down houses again. To hell with character progression: get the fuckin’ gasoline cans, Hanger!

One thing I’ve realized about aew it’s really showing that champs can lose at any time, Toni lost pretty unexpectedly to a seatbelt pin, and hangman just lost…not every title loss will be spoon fed to the audience like Moxley’s last one
