100% of this. I’ve had *one* interview that asked for custom deliverables & they paid me. For BOTH rounds (which even built off e.o.)

I won the contract. And slayed it.

I low-key wish I had stayed w/ them on the side but life was terrible. (And they’re gone now. 😕)

I understand where you’re coming from. I strongly disagree, simply b/c these issues are severely entangled. The whole system needs to go, really. But in the meantime, let’s be sure to keep a thorough assessment of the situation.
