If we had a normal congress, he’d be stopped. Congress and the SC are both maga infested majorities now so there’s no one who’ll put the brakes on him. If Dems ever get back in control and that’s a big IF at the moment, maybe Dems will stay off the high rd long enough to hold them accountable.

I want to add this, because if you haven't been in this situation, maybe you don't know. When a cop in riot gear is shoving you and yelling "GET BACK," there's usually nowhere to actually get back to, because there's a crowd of people behind you and you literally can't move at the pace they want.
