They'll still have discrimination protections, but consider the impacts of being restricted from women only spaces in healthcare, increasing the amount of trans women not seeking potentially life saving care, mental health services, support groups. Doesn't sound like having the same rights to me.

If Qatargate is anything to go by, Israel has been financially enabling Hamas via Qatar presumably because they don't want a stable, non-militant Palestianian government as that's not an opposition they can justify 'eradicating'. It's a seemingly endless tragedy.

Race is a social construct

It does not account for androgen sensitivity and myriad of atypical genetic conditions. Not to mention the SRY test isn't unknown for false positives.

I'm all for making things fair but I'm not endorsing tests that are complete BS and are going to restrict biological WOMEN as well. That's just ridiculously stupid.
