Biking to work in big tech companies in Bellevue, WA. Formerly very much C++, now very much making privacy work at scale.
Great to see that John Carlson, conservative radio talk show host, former Reagan administration member, and president of Kemper Freeman/Bellevue Square's development corporation has a spot on the Girmay Zahilay's transition team.

WATCH: Seriously, if you’re following ANY bike-lane debate, you HAVE TO WATCH this news story. You actually can’t make this up. Ford claims without evidence that bike-lanes are bad for small business, and THE ACTUAL BUSINESS ASSOCIATION obliterates him with data.

Safe bike-lanes mean business.
Annex businesses tell Ford to back off Bloor bike lanes
Stores in the Annex say the Bloor bike lanes have been a big boost to business. As Michelle Mackey reports, the neighborhood's BIA wants the province to back off its new bill that could see the lanes ...

Great news: Julia Reed is reintroducing the presumed liability bill this session (it was HB 1518 last session). The new bill will be slightly narrower in scope. If passed, drivers will be presumed at fault if they collide with a pedestrian or cyclist in a bike lane, crosswalk, or intersection.

Seattle Times article on election results calls out "Cybertruck-driving" as a main description of this tech guy from Woodinville. Dude, you drive a Wankerpanzer. It's a character fault.

My first thought hearing about Dick Cheney was how he helped raised a decent woman. I don't agree with Liz Cheney's politics but she showed integrity most Republicans could never dream of.

My second thought was about him shooting a Texas Republican lawyer in the face while quail hunting. Hilarious.

This is key: Trump is saying a private donor's $130 will pay the troops. It's literally $100 per active duty military. Why are people too stupid to do simple math?
$130 million for 1.3 million active duty military

"They're soldiers, Michael. What could their paychecks be, $100 each?"

I think this record needs to be set straight clearly and often leading up the election. Even r/SeattleBike is still a bit unclear if he should get credit for it or not.
From the seattlebike community on Reddit: Why is WA Bike PAC/Cascade Bike Club endorsing Harrell?
