Someone on here (I forgot who, sorry!) said a day or so ago that they'll start taking Europe's Epstein "accountability" seriously when people start getting jail time & that is my take too. Being fired/stepping down is not accountability. Jail time & justice for survivors is. Don't lose sight of this

I think all the American Olympic athletes speaking out against Trump and his sham of an administration are making me more proud than any medals they might win. There is nothing more American or patriotic than criticizing our leaders. We are a democracy. We don't ask our citizens (athletes are citizens too) to express subservience to a supreme leader. We value individualism and freedom of expression. That's how we roll.

Craftivism has had crucial role in resistance movements. It is often criticized as being less-than bc it is seen as feminine, bc it is resistance that is overwhelmingly done by women.
