and because we are a corrupt joke of a country they'll likely get what they want
SpaceX sends list of demands to US states giving broadband grants to Starlink
SpaceX won't make specific promises on Starlink network capacity or subscribers.

The inadequacy of this is so very deep.
Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said the party agreed on three main goals:

° Require warrants in some cases and ICE coordination with state and local law enforcement

° Create a code of conduct and enforce it

° Require agents to wear body cams and not masks
Democrats demand new ICE restrictions as government shutdown looms
After federal agents shot and killed Alex Pretti in Minneapolis, Senate Democrats say they’ll block a massive government funding package without policy changes.

DHS has a whole citizen detainment system set up in Minnesota. They snatch citizens off the street (often with proof they are citizens), detain them for a few hours, steal their phones, then release them into the cold.

It ain’t about deporting citizens; it’s about terrorizing a whole population.
‘Abolish ICE’ has become an increasingly popular position and people are being shot in the streets over it why the fuck would you dillweeds roll over like this. Especially given that citizenship is much more friable than people think it is this is not as protective as dems want it to look.

Important update: a federal judge has ruled that Russ Vought & OMB were breaking the law & must tell the public exactly how they are spending (or not spending) funds appropriated by Congress.

I wrote this law years ago to ensure transparency and accountability.
BREAKING: A federal judge ordered the Trump administration to reveal how it apportions taxpayer money, including information it apparently tried to hide through spend plans in footnotes.

This is a huge win for transparency and accountability!

There is no indication that agents switched numbers. The details of NS-919's vest match on both days. The bodycam is clearly seen in the earlier incident, and NS-919's vest has a dark object in the same place on the day of Pretti's shooting. Reporters should ask for that footage. 2/
