the lesson here is not that it would be ok to deport people with criminal records, but that the category "criminal" will always be determined by the regime in charge until we abolish it.
60 Minutes says that an “overwhelming majority” of those abducted by the US government and sold into slavery in El Salvador “have no apparent criminal records.”
