They're talking about killing leftist activists. They're talking about murdering people organizing in defense of immigrant communities, doing mutual aid work, and protesting their violence. They are talking about murdering people like me and my friends. We must do more than acknowledge it's fascism.

My gosh. After the US bombed multiple boats in the middle of the ocean, murdering people on grounds that they were allegedly "carrying drugs," the US Attorney General says "Just like we did with cartels, we're going to take the same approach, President Trump, with Antifa."

They think the Republicans who matter could afford paying out of pocket and international travel if necessary.

This is a class war. It’s about taking away benefits from the poor the rich can easily afford for themselves.

I disagree.

The opportunities to make good trouble increase with those risks.

Most Americans have never had to do non-violent resistance in the modern sense of the word.

They also refuse to read and learn from other countries. In this regard even the liberals are US exceptionalists.

I'm at the scene where ICE abducted multiple people from Lincoln and Foster this morning.

A WGN producer was among the people taken, allegedly because she was among a group of bystanders who tried to intervene. ICE agents hit this car while making their getaway.

I like a lot of what Pritzker has done, but the free speech limiting and violent actions will be an Achilles heel for him going forward unless he finds a way to deal with it.

What are the demands of the strikes? Strikes need measurable demands to know when to end it.

Also - there are many in this country who would go hungry by missing just part of a weeks pay.

Black people have never had the power to keep white people from voting, reading, or writing. If anyone’s had a race card, it’s white people.
