i get the cynicism that outrage over Trump's racist post will change minds but the breadth of the GOP criticism is significant -- Collins, Curtis, Wicker, and Scott (among others) are out with statements unequivocally denouncing it. It's a step in the right direction from "I haven't see the tweet."

I said the same earlier, there’s something disarming, transparent and genuine about Mandani. I don’t think our political choice is between Reps and Dems, it’s between leaders w/empathy, compassion, caring about constituents or monstrous politicians w/no concern for constituents, who create terror.
His enemies spend a lot of time attacking that Mamdani’s a “social democrat.”
What makes him special, I think, is that he’s an authentically moral person with empathy.

I said the same earlier, there’s something disarming, transparent and genuine about Mandani. I don’t think our political choice is between Reps and Dems, it’s between leaders w/empathy, compassion, caring about constituents or monstrous politicians w/no concern for constituents, who create terror.

Over 1,000 children were never reunited, many psychologically damaged. Miller’s doing the same now creating fear/terror, hoping many self deport.

It’s hard to wrap my head around this, an elite, powerful, wealthy, entitled and connected group who for years committed the most heinous and deviant crimes. Epstein kept them in check with threats of mutually assured destruction, threatening to expose them w/the evidence he held if anyone spoke.

Trump can’t think or react more than a few seconds at a time, he doesn’t consider the consequences because for the most part they’re aren’t any and like everything else he’ll weasel out of it and it’ll soon be forgotten. I think he’s in for another rude awakening, he’s not exactly popular there.

During his first term in office l noticed he had one trait/skill in abundance, that just like a cockroach he's almost impossible to eliminate. His baseline survival skills, his ability to recognize early if he's at risk, and identify who to throw under the bus to save himself are all well developed.
