So the cool thing about seeing students is they're way more open to new ways of doing things and understanding how things like D&D can help one's mental health. 😀

I like the student I saw today. I'm going to keep his info so if I want to see a graduated pro down the line I can look him up.

Psych appointment tomorrow morning which is going to be me explaining to a new student psychiatrist that, no my depression and anxiety are pretty well controlled. It's the fascism giving me trouble. And yes, I'm sure it's actual fascism and not just me catastrophizing. 🫩

I love my therapist, she's awesome. Psychiatrists are usually the worst normie, gaslighting, pathologizing hall monitors one can encounter.

But they hold the keys to the meds that keep me on a relatively even keel. So every six months I do this dance.

I couldn't even watch the 3rd Neverending Story movie. It was like they took all the leftover stuff from the book that they hadn't used in the first two and tried to make a movie. 10 minutes in and I was like, "I'm done."
