I told @irishgeordy.bsky.social that I would get her, & everyone else, a relatively light salad dressing recipe (in alt) This was my restaurant’s signature dressing for our Caesar, significant for its unnoticeable lack of anchovies. Didn’t have a pic of the salad, so here’s some radishes

Leaving Oslo today and I was finally able to find a hot dog on lefse (potato flatbread) with shrimp salad and crispy onions for breakfast at the airport.

The empty wagon is the fullest wagon
as the bales have been delivered
& profits realized, pleasures taken.
Fields are resting, the soil rejuvenating,
murders caw & the tiniest Carolina wren
