Last week, Daniel was involuntarily committed during an encampment eviction. He was almost instantly released, but most of his belongings were destroyed. This is a common tactic used in this city to clear encampments.

All good points! I won't eat them either. I can imagine them being the dominant species in the world some day, and I want to stay on their good side! Plus my friend was a big aquarium vet and his best bud was the octopus.
