It's really time to hold Murdoch accountable for this. Not that any of the Murdochs are squeamish about this. But they like being accepted in polite company and this stench should stick on them.

One theme here is the speed of American institutional collapse.
“It took Erdoğan 15 years to do what Trump did in 100 days. If [Americans] do not accept the fact that this is a long game, and it will be brutal, I think you won’t have the patience and stamina to bear it.”

One way to think of this, of course, is that American collapse didn't happen quickly at all. The decade-long paralysis of the Senate, the 40-year court project to strip the constitution like a burlesque show: by the time the fascists moved into the house, the gut renovation was almost done.

These deals are only good for bankers and executives, who make hundreds of millions.

Audiences, artists, and employees all get screwed.
Interesting tidbit is here is that if WB accepts the hostile bid, WB owes Netflix $2.8 billion for breaking the deal, so the realized cost of the Paramount bid would be about $111 billion
Breaking News: Paramount made an offer worth $108 billion for Warner Bros. Discovery days after the company agreed to a deal with Netflix.

Marjorie Taylor Greene attacked, belittled, harassed, trolled, cursed at and stalked people she didn’t like

Yet she thinks of herself as a victim

This is an overarching theme in MAGA:

Blame everyone else. Attack them. It’s OK-they deserve it for what they did to you.

That’s why they love her

LESLEY STAHL: You contributed to the toxic culture. You were out there pounding, insulting people

MARJORIE TAYLOR GREENE: You've contributed to it as well

STAHL: I want you to respond to what you have done in terms of insulting people

MTG: I'd like for you to respond to that

3 loss bama moves up? Also weird to have Miami in because the committee has been rating ND ahead of them for weeks (appropriately so in my view).

Either getting embarrassed in a conference title game should matter or it shouldn’t. Penalizing BYU while not moving Bama is an injustice (but we know the committee couldn’t wait to remove the Cougars from the equation.)

Like crashout yeah

But it is so plainly obvious what is going on here. SEC bias/corruption/conflict-of-interest is going on here and they also didn't want the ACC to be left out. There is no other explanation because the data and stats don't support Alabama or Miami over ND. Should just be Bama out
