If ordinary military members must stand firm against illegal orders so must he. War criminals must pay.

See this is what Mark Kelly was talking about. A heroic & honorable veteran is the one who will aim a gun at fellow soldiers who comply with an illegal order to kill civilians, prisoners of war or helpless survivors hanging on a boat you blew up at sea. Anyone who complies is a war criminal. Period
